FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Please fill out the Booking Information form in our Contact Us page. To confirm your event date(s) a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will be required. This can be placed via Email Money Transfer or we can schedule a deposit drop off. All bridal bookings require a 50% deposit & all Party and/or Group Bookings require a 30% Deposit.
*A Signed contract would also be required for all bookings.
Travel is available for all bridal bookings. Non-Bridal bookings require a minimum of 3 hair and makeup clients.
*Travel fees will apply. You also have the option of coming to our studio Located on Mavis & Steeles in Brampton, ON.
In the event Artist receives written notice from the Client notifying Artist of cancellation more than 30 days prior to event date(s), deposits are Non-refundable and Non-Transferable. Any bookings being cancelled 30 days or less prior to event date(s), Client agrees to pay 100% of the contracted remaining balance. If client fails to notify Artist for any cancellations, client shall remain responsible for the full contract price specified. This includes no shows.
Western Bridal Hair & Makeup - 2 - 2.5 hrs.
Indian Bridal Hair & Makeup - 3 hrs *Includes time for dressing services
Non-Bridal / Group Bookings - 1 hr per person
Not to worry! A complimentary consultation is included in all Bridal bookings. If you are not too sure of what you would like, we recommend coming into the studio with your Bridal Outfit + Jewelry (or Pictures of it) to go over different styles/options. This helps us envision a perfect Bridal look!
*You may also add on a hair or makeup trial during your consultation.

Only long lasting, brand named products from Sephora and MAC are used for makeup application - We also offer Airbrush Makeup Services.
